Terms and conditions of use

1. General

Flowers from Heaven ("we", "us", "our") provides fresh flowers, arrangements, and related products and services to customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute products or components with those of equal or greater value.

  • Images on our website and marketing material are for illustration purposes only. The final product may vary due to seasonal and regional availability.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within specified areas. Please check with us to confirm availability of delivery to your area.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Wedding & Event Flowers: Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date for wedding or function bookings.

  • The remaining 75% of the total quoted amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • More than 6 months before event: Full refund minus R800 consultation fee.

    • Between 3–6 months: 75% of total paid will be refunded.

    • Between 1–3 months: 50% of total paid will be refunded.

    • Less than 1 month: No refund.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective upon written confirmation from us.

6. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to your order (including date, time, venue, or product selection) must be requested at least 2 weeks before the event or delivery date. Changes may be subject to additional charges and availability.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or is incorrect. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photographic evidence for all claims.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process your order.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
